The Department of English bade farewell to the graduating students of 151 batch on 23 January 2019 at the University Conference Hall. Prof. Matiur Rahman, Ph.D. - Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Muniruzzaman - Pro Vice Chancellor, Maj Gen Kazi Ashfaq Ahmed, psc (Retd.) - University Adviser, and Mr. Md. Habibullah - Chairman, Department of English addressed the graduating students and inspired them with their motivating words to excel in their lives and to uphold the image of Presidency University as its Brand Ambassadors.

The day long program included a colorful cultural program where students of the Department of English participated with enthusiasm and vigor. Faculty Members of the Department of English and other students of the Department participated in the program and appreciated the efforts of the students and the Department for organizing the program.
