The two-day ‘Civil Fest 2020’ organized by the ‘Civil Engineering Club’ of Presidency University ended on 25 February 2020. The whole campus was decorated colorfully on the occasion.

The chairperson of the Board of Trustees Mrs. Rokia Afzal Rahman graced the occasion as the chief guest and Prof. Dr. Md. Idris Ali, the chairman of the department of CE, chaired the session. The Vice Chancellor of the university Prof. Dr. Matiur Rahman, Pro Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Mohammed Muniruzzaman and university advisor Maj Gen Kazi Ashfaq Ahmed (Retd) were present as the special guests of the program. Teachers and students from different departments also took part in the celebration.

As a part of the program, the newly admitted students were welcomed and the graduating students of Civil Engraining Department were given farewell. The departing students received crest from the chief guest and bade the campus farewell with a heavy heart.  The program ended with an entertaining cultural event arranged by the students of Presidency University.
