Dr. ASM Shihavuddin graduated from the EEE Department of IUT and is now the Head of the EEE Department at Presidency University. He is well-known for his work in Computer Vision and Deep Learning. In 2017, he published research on the best 2D projection of 3D microscopic data in Nature Communications and another study on ciliogenesis in Science. In 2018, he published another Nature paper on cilia-beating properties. His work has also been featured in top journals like Neuron, Development, Remote Sensing, and Energies. Dr. Shihavuddin has over 80 research articles in international journals and conferences, with 1184 citations, an H-index of 18, and an i10-index of 27.
