I am a Full-time Lecturer at Presidency University and a recent graduate in Computer Science and Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) with research interests in machine learning and computational biology. My undergraduate thesis focused on KRISP-meR, a reference-free sgRNA design framework for CRISPR/Cas9, and I have contributed to multiple research works in NLP and multimodal learning. Alongside my academic and research endeavors, I have professional experience in full-stack web development and AI infrastructure from my tenure as a developer at LimbicsAI.
