Md. Mostafizur Rahman joined Presidency University as Assistant Professor and Chairman of the Department of Civil Engineering. He holds an MSc in Soil, Water, and Environment from the University of Dhaka, where he secured first position in the Soil Focal Area. He also completed an MSc in Sanitation from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), ranking third in his class. Additionally, he has completed coursework for an MSc in Geotechnical Engineering at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), and holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from BUET.
With a strong academic foundation and practical expertise, Mr. Rahman brings significant contributions to the fields of civil and environmental engineering. His research interests include sanitation, soil and water management, environmental sustainability, and public health.
