Shaikh Fardin Ahammed is a Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at Presidency University, with a multidisciplinary academic foundation in structural, geotechnical, environmental, and transportation engineering. He secured the 5th position in the Department of Civil Engineering at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). His research interests are centered on travel behavior, transport equity, and urban accessibility, supported by expertise in econometric modeling, geo-spatial analysis, and an emerging focus on machine learning and large language model (LLM)-based methodologies for transportation research.
