Prof. Abul Kalam is a distinguished academic and the current Professor and Dean of the School of Business at Presidency University, Bangladesh. With a robust educational background, he holds both BBA and MBA degrees from the University of Dhaka, specializing in Accounting & Information Systems. He is presently pursuing a Ph.D. at Jagannath University, focusing his research on financial distress in Bangladesh's private commercial banking sector. Prof. Kalam's academic journey spans over 17 years, during which he has held various teaching and administrative positions at institutions such as Sonargaon University and Northern University Bangladesh.

An accomplished author and researcher, Prof. Kalam has co-authored textbooks like Accounting Principles and Management Accounting, catering to both undergraduate and graduate students.
