As a faculty member at the Presidency School of Business, my professional goal is to empower my students in their pursuit of knowledge and personal growth. I am dedicated to creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and innovation.
I aspire to transform this institution into a center of excellence in business research and industry collaboration, where students acquire theoretical knowledge and gain practical insights through real-world experiences.

Industry Experience:
1. Unilever Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) Implementation Projects, 1998-2011

  • Communication Materials: Provided Consultancy on Visualization, Design, Development, and Implementation of TPM Communication materials, Display Gallery of various Safety Equipment, Boards Highlighting Quality Landmarks and Achievements
  • Sculpting replica of Industrial Accidents: “Conceptualizing, designing, sculpting, and exhibiting realistic replicas of industrial accidents at the SHE Gallery, depicting incidents where two Unilever workers suffered severe hand injuries—one involving a cargo lift and the other at a soap noodle mixing hopper, resulting in palm amputations up to the wrists.”
  • Uplifting Landscaping on part of the factory areas as part of the total uplifting of the atmosphere project with motivational communications to promote moral and behavioral changes in the direction of maintaining occupational safety rules and practices. Thereby contributed to the Organizational Change effort by motivating, developing a sense of involvement, and training workers and management team members to practice safe behaviors at the workplace

2. GTZ HIV Communication Project 2005-2008: Conducted Field Surveys and
submitted a detailed study report as per the TOR to evaluate, recommend strategies, design and develop layout and prototype, display, portray, and implemented appropriate HIV communication messages to build public awareness and encourage behavioral changes among the targeted urban population of the 52 wards of the Chittagong City Corporation

3. Lafarge Surma TQM Implementation Projects, 2010-2014: Provided Consultancy on Visualization, Design, Development, and Implementation of TQM Communication materials, Display Boards with Motivational messages to achieve behavioral changes among workers and Management in the direction of accepting the change in safety practices among workers and management team members as well as the
contracted teams and persons to prevent accident through compliance and maintaining Workplace Safety behavior and practices.

4. Coats Bangladesh TQM Implementation Projects, 2011-2017:

  • Provided Consultancy on Visualization, Design, Development, and Implementation of TQM Communication materials, Center for Excellence, Safety Centers, Communication Display Boards, and Landscaping to uplift the Workplace atmosphere so that workers get motivated and trained in maintaining Workplace Safety Processes.
  • Authored and illustrated the Safety, Health, and Environment Manual for the Training, Motivation, and intriguing behavioral change among the Workers, Management Staff, and Third-Party Contractors and teams of Coats Bangladesh.
  • Visualized, designed, fabricated, and installed several display corners of excellence to create a sense of continuous persuasion of higher quality and excellence among the workers, supervisors, and managers.

5. Perfetti Van Melle Bangladesh, TQM Implementation Projects, 1917-2022: Provided Consultancy on Visualization, Design, Development, and Implementation of TQM and Food Safety Communication materials, High Visibility Safety Murals, Safety
Display Centers, Excellence Centers, Communication Display Boards, and Landscaping to uplift the workplace atmosphere so that workers get motivated and trained in maintaining workplace Safety, Health and Environment through a systemic change in behavioral pattern and practices of standard safety procedures.

  1. December 2010-2012: Participated in several daylong HEQEP seminars organized by the Chittagong University at Khushi, Chattogram Urban Center, as an Industry and Alumni representative, made group presentations after the team brainstorming session, along with an exchange of views from an industry perspective, and helped in formulating an engaging curriculum guideline with an industry focus and alignment.
  2. January 2011: Attended a day-long HEQEP seminar organized by the East Delta University, Agrabad Campus, as an Industry representative, and made a group presentation with a team brainstorming session, to suggest views from an industry perspective, and help in formulating an engaging industry-focused curriculum to fulfill the requirements of the OBE Curriculum.
  3. February 1997: Visualized and Created Presentation Outlines and hosted a Day Long Workshop for outgoing MBA Students of the University of Chittagong at Caritas Auditorium, Chittagong, under the banner of MBA Association University of Chittagong. The Workshop was titled “Career Development” and featured presentations like “How to write a CV”, “How to write an Internship Report”, “How to Face an Interview”, and “How to be successful in a Career”. This was a milestone workshop to be followed by many more times across different levels and grounds.
