Ayeasatul Kobra is a Lecturer at the School of Business, Presidency University. She is well known for her passionate and energetic teaching style. She holds both an MBA & BBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Chittagong. She is known as a dynamic and dedicated academic professional with a robust foundation in Human Resource Management, Business Mathematics, Statistics, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, and Business Communication. With a strong background in business education and research, she focuses on helping students grow both academically and professionally.
Ms. Ayeasa believes in a student-centered approach to teaching. She teaches with energy and dedication. She works hard to make her classes interactive and engaging, encouraging students to think critically and creatively. She focuses on putting students first, helping them grow into future business leaders. By combining her academic knowledge with practical business experience, she helps students understand how business theories apply in the real world. Her goal is to equip students with the skills they need to succeed in a fast-changing world.
Her goal is to inspire future business leaders and prepare them for success in today’s fast-changing global business environment. At Presidency University, she is committed to building a positive learning atmosphere where students feel motivated and supported. Currently, she also holds the position of department Coordinator, contributing to the overall student discipline and administrative support of the university.
