Mohammad Foysal is serving as Lecturer in the Department of Law and Justice at Presidency University, Bangladesh. He teaches Comparative Law, Constitution, Land Law, and International Investment Law. He is currently serving as the Moderator of the Presidency University Moot Court Society.

He is engaged in legal research, academic writing, and editorial activities. He is also working as Editor at Dhaka Law Review and Research Associate at Barrister Mousumee Kabita and Associates. His academic interests include comparative law, constitutional law, international law, and arbitration.
