It was participated by students of the Industrial Law and Labor Relations course, majoring in Human Resource Management.
The visit offered students a valuable chance to observe large-scale manufacturing operations up close, with key focus on how RFL ensures compliance with labor standards through its healthcare services, workplace safety, and employee welfare facilities.
This experience bridged academic learning with industry practice, enhancing students’ understanding of labor laws and industrial relations.
