The department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) has been an integral part of Presidency University since its inception. The department is one of the largest departments of the university. At present, over 1000 students are admitted into the CSE department. The department’s faculty members are highly qualified and have extensive knowledge and research experience in a diverse range of fields, ensuring quality education. Furthermore, the department possesses excellent facilities and equipment for performing world-class labwork and research. The department also organizes co-curricular activities such as CSE Fest, Hackathons, Programming Contests and Sports Competitions to encourage students to participate in a variety of self-improvement activities.
